The Next Level Organization has great experience providing supplemental education, employability skills, and summer employment services to at-risk youth in North Mississippi Tri-State area. In 2019 the Next Level Organization has structured its youth programs and began delivering Project Ready, a Next Level Organization researched based program.

The program delivery includes tutoring, lessons in study skills and job ready skills, exposure to college through discussion and an annual college tour, service learning, leadership development, and participation in the Next Level Organization Annual Youth Leadership Summit.

Additionally, through our NLI (Next Level Organization Incentives) program, high school juniors and seniors participate in leadership development, college preparatory programs (applying to college, ACT prep and practice, college tours, etc), and the Next Level Organization Annual Youth Leadership Summit.

The Next Level Organization anticipate partnership with Kroger in its Youth Works Program. The program is a summer youth employment program that includes employability skills training and job placement in Local business throughout the city upon completion of the training for eligible students. Finally, we serve as a worksite for the North Mississippi employer’s for Summer Youth Employment Program.
