Who We Are
Next Level Organization Empowerment Program (N-LEP) is a faith-based nonprofit organization in Southaven, Mississippi that provides education, life skills training, and workforce development services for at-risk youth and young adults in Northwest Mississippi.
Our Programs
The Next Level Organization Empowerment Program (N-LEP) will provide the comprehensive employment, education, and life skills training services and activities needed to equip our youth offenders that are confined to incarceration with the resources they need to succeed in school and life.

We have educational programs set up to help young men and women when it comes to getting their GED, building inner-personal skills and employment experience to get each and every young person a real chance at preparing for the world.
